Good price but seems a fairly poor machine, at least according to Which (scored 56%) : -

WHICH? VERDICT
Let down by poor cleaning. This machine has its good points, including its energy efficiency and its rinse and spin cycles. But its cleaning isn’t up to scratch, so you may want to leave it off your washer wishlist.

Keep an eye on Curry's ebay store. Grabbed this model on a grade C for ma. Arrived without a blemish for £145 albeit with a voucher. (edited)

Grade C would be quite nerve-wracking! That's a great price.

Sister went with a 10kg Haier in the end (granite colour), bought from AO Outlet / ebay. She got a Haier 9kg from Amazon Warehouse and a tumble drier showed up (edited)

just got shot of a Hisense WDQY1014EVJM bought it in 10/2022 and from 12/23 until now i have had three repair men out to it and 6 cancelled repairs, water/soap leaking from the soap drawer, in the end i got a exchange authority number from hisense and a refund from ao.com, so now i have a shiny new Haier HWD100-B14979_WH Washer Dryer

It's painfully obvious from the comments on here and Amazon that this is a terrible brand of washer! You get what you pay for!

I have this machine , can’t fault it , quiet and for me does exactly what I want .
Has delay timer to take advantage of cheap electric tariffs overnight .

They seem to apply a £19.90 delivery charge. Is there a way to avoid it?

We initially got the £19.90 charge too. I added the same item to my basket then selected one to “save for later”. It somehow removed the delivery charge 🤷🏻‍♀️

Arrived and quiet enough, but nearly 4 hours for 3 towels on a 60 and 1400 spin, compared to my old LG that took 2 hours!!!!

Try a different program, but the longest are usually the most energy efficient.
