That isn't how the site works though The amount of heat given for a hot vote varies depending on which user votes according, amongst other things, on how active a poster they are. As an example, when I vote a deal hot, 6 degrees are added. The fact your votes have more impact than before may be because you are a more active now.

So this is more than the estate automatic version you have posted some time ago, sure this should be cheaper?

Just depends on the deal at the time. The other one had a greater discount

It should satisfy all those commenting on living on the 10th floor of a flat with nowhere within 100 miles to charge it

This seems really reasonable, I'd like to see these nearly new.

I had a little 1.2litre i10 and it was great, would certainly buy another at the right price

62mpg, so in real world 34 mpg upwards.

    And a slow 11 0 to 60.

I'll keep my 20k and save a fee grand more to get a better car (edited)

GDi hints at this being a diesel. Per the last time an i30 appeared on HUKD I believe it's petrol which would make sense with a 1L engine. The dealer's and Hyundai's websites are strangely coy about the fuel type.

As an i30 (petrol) circa 2009 owner I went into a Hyundai dealership for some recall work a few years ago and was surprised at how the new model of the i30 had grown. The i20 seemed closer to the size of the old i30. Got chatting with the dealer and the first question I asked was, is the clutch still as un-tactile as my old model? (It's very difficult to do hill starts without revving up the engine, highly prone to stall at low revs engaging the clutch and the Mrs can't drive it in hilly areas). He admitted that nothing had changed with the i30 but said the i20 seemed to have fixed that. By the way, you wouldn't notice the issue on a short test drive as it's the clutch/torque issue and lack of feel once the engine is fully hot. Probably tuned for economy on tickover.

Much as I'd like to consider replacing my now middle aged i30 with something new, modern showroom car prices are another planet to me now.

Not sure if this is the right place, but while browsing cars I came access the Hyundai iconic electric £17.5k from motor point for 1 year old (22 reg). Seems like it’s taken a pretty big hit in 1 year
