So, I had this issue the first time I tried. Spoke to customer service on the live chat and was told I'd input the wrong date of birth which is BS. But speaking to them they sorted it straight away.

As I found on another thread, type in Google ID mobile and click on first sponsored iD mobile link, go to sim only deals and scroll down u should get 50gb data one month contract for £8

Cheers was paying £10 a month for the same deal on Three, given this is run on the same network why not save £2 a month!

I signed up my daughter on the £7 20gb SIM last month and I spied a deal for £8 and 50gb (1 month) Girl on chat said she couldn't offer me that as they were for new customers but she did offer me the 30gb plus 20gb loyalty bonus! Hope that helps somebody in the same boat

Both deals are their website when I look on my phone but not on my desktop computer? Either way, get on chat and ask. She was really polite and I wasn't expecting the 20gb add on loyalty bonus, which she's applied to this month's usage too!

Upgraded to 30gb 30 day rolling for £8. Was paying £8 for 24gb so ive another 6gb that I'll never ever use!
