    I've bought iPhone 12 Pro max from GiffGaff ebay and it was delivered this morning. I've connected ITunes via laptop as it was not showing me option to connect to WiFi and after it was updated on latest software then it switched off as a brick and not turning on

    Follow these instructions

    Connect to a computer running iTunes
    Press volume up
    Press volume down
    Hold the power button until the phone screen goes black

    When screen goes black keep pessing down the power button but also hold down the volume down

    When the apple logo comes on release the volume down.

    Your phone should at least be in DFU mode and you’ll be able to recover it from iTunes (edited)

    Got an XS Max last week, Arrived Mint, Small faintest hairline scratch on the screen but the body is immaculate. It had 83% Battery on it so It seemed fair for £199

    Went for Excellent condition at £349 - says no scratches anywhere so hoping for a practically new unit. Was the last white unit and £110 cheaper than Apple. Didn’t have to buy a £10 goody bag either.

    Got the 12 mini, ordered good for 229£. Received one in excellent conditions, with 100% battery and 61 days left to buy apple care. The phone was used for the first time 29 days ago! How did it get rated C?
