Has anyone recently picked up one (or going to) from Amazon?

Mind confirming manufacturing date on back of box?

I posted on the other deal for this drive, had once installed in a family members gaming PC for quite some time, no issues at all, performs as you'd expect from a basic SATA drive.
All Kioxia drives tend to be very reliable (as you'd expect considering their history).

    Is it me?

I feel these initiate sloer than others.

Under quick format when you go into Disk Management for the first time to initialise the disk (GPT); with drive letter assigned and default format of NTFS and quick format checked.

Seems to take much longer than usual, but other than this, seems fine - anyone else?
