Those bottles are almost impossible to lift and fill a detergent pod without spillage............

Get a smaller one from any other brand and just reuse their bottle. Alternatively, buy a bottle of juice with wide top, drink the juice, wash the bottle out, fill with laundry gel and that's it.

I can never figure out the bio vs non-bio. Its some mystic potion stuff I have no clue about

Bio has enzymes and non bio doesn’t - for most people this isn’t a problem - for some people the enzymes can be too harsh and cause skin problems. There’s more to it than that - but that’s the reason I use non bio.

Very good product. It’s less scented compared to Ariel / Persil. However it’s just as good on stains. To be honest I always advise customers to use a longer wash compared to quick washes (below 45 mins) and they will see good results from any detergent
