Nearly a third more expensive per 100g than their existing offer on small eggs... Buy the kids a few small ones over these I reckon. I know I'd prefer three smaller ones than one larger one. More variety.

The 75p offer has finished now

They're probably going out of date because they've been on the shelves that long!

If it doesn't come with a mug it's just not an Easter egg

Aren’t the so called large eggs now about the same size as last years medium?! Damn shrinkflation!

Too right I pick up a small one for 75p yesterday and honestly seemed tiny. I know they are in smaller packaging but still was only really worth 75p it didn't feel like a deal.
I'm going with Easter themed toys this year for my nieces and nephews.

We’ve decided not to bother with Easter eggs anymore.

I don’t think anyone asked really

    Thanks OP.

I will begrudgingly pay £2 for this as I love easter eggs and this is almost £1/100g.

I remember a time only a few short years ago though, when a 170ish gram egg with two cadburys cream eggs in was £1. Nothing to do with inflation, these corporations are just straight up robbing us

I've said it once and I'll say it a thousand times!

Bring back Classic Easter eggs of years gone by

I cannot believe there is only 1 crème egg in the ‘large’ egg. I’m convinced there were two last year!

Same with the twirl and Wispa. Charging more at RRP, and removing a bar of choc!

100g/£1 is or should be the standard price, no offer here at all, paying for cardboard, cold

Just came back from my local Tesco express with the Mini Easter Eggs and cup for £3

I wouldn't class them as large

I tried one of the Mini Egg ones today, it was £2 from Sainburys... got to be honest, I didn't think the chocolate egg was Dairy Milk and instead some other cheaper chocolate... so I do think its Cabury made egg, but not using Dairy Milk mixture.

    Very annoying and disappointing.

Cadbury chocolate is often awful and full of soya these days instead of milk because they're cheaping out. They literally ruined roses and will continue to trade on their existing brand names because people think it's good.

Here we go, first day of Lent, Ash Wednesday, and Easter stuff everywhere.

Quick panic and stock up, its not like Easter isn’t over six weeks away.

Morrisons is the most expensive shop in the UK, no thanks

I think Harrods is slightly more expensive

“6 portions in a hollow egg” They’re having a laugh aren’t they? Should coincide with April Fool’s Day! Never heard anything as stupid in my life!
