Supermarket Aldi has unveiled an array of cracking NEW Easter egg showstoppers. From innovative new additions such as the Giant Galeggsy Egg epic in both size and flavour, to the egg-cellently rich Specially Selected Swiss Mountain Egg, Aldi has a chocolate creation to satisfy every sweet tooth and budget this Easter – with treats in stores now.


Crafted with silky Swiss milk chocolate with honey and almond nougat pieces, the NEW Specially Selected Swiss Mountain Egg (£6.99, 240g) is a delicious choice. It includes four matching mini Mountain Bars and is priced at an impressive 41% cheaper than the Toblerone equivalent1! Available In stores from 10th March.

Shoppers can enjoy out-of-this-world indulgence with the all NEW Giant Galeggsy Egg (£9.99, 600g). A seriously scrumptious giant egg that weighs in at a whopping 600g (that’s more than three times a standard Easter Egg!i). This space-themed showstopper is also in stores from 10th March, and features a creamy milk chocolate shell, adorned with 3D white rocket-ship detailing that tastes as good as it looks.

The NEW Specially Selected Belgian Milk Chocolate and Valencia Orange Marble Egg (£6.99, 240g) also available in a sophisticated Belgian White Chocolate and Scottish Raspberry flavour makes the perfect Easter gift.     Swiss Chocolate i guess, beats the likes of Toblerone and very similar in taste, from what i remember.

    Obviously price will vary on what quality of egg/chocolate you purchase, e.g Cadbury's, in my opinion, is pretty gross now.

    I'm surprised folk still buy these cos it's much cheaper to get the bars of chocolate. Of course there are always those who suck up to the old Easter thing
