(I bought this in the previous deal. I'm very happy with it, the screen is a bit disappointing, but I am docked to a proper monitor most of the time so I don't mind - the screen is perfectly fine, but it isn't amazing by any means).

Seems a good price for this touchscreen laptop. I specifically want a touch screen with USB PD. I have not found a better price / spec ratio. If you vote cold, could you please post a better link for me as I want to buy today :-) According to Bard, the Ryzen 5 Pro 4650U Intel equivalent is the Core i5-11400H (not sure how accurate that is). Thanks.

Good price IMO. Upgradable too, has 2x SODIMM slots as far as I'm aware. Touchscreen is quite basic, some dimming issues, a bit washed out on these.
This was £357 a week ago with 2 codes stacked.
Overall, I think this is a good deal and I voted hot. (edited)

It has 300 nits 45% NTSC, which isn't that great. The non touch version (if you can find it) FHD comes in 2 options, a 250 nits 45% NTSC and a 400 nits 72% NTSC (the best IMO).

I'd personally avoid any screen under 72% NTSC in 2023 unless you keep it constantly docked to a good screen monitor (which kinna defeats the purpose of a laptop).

someone asked me for advice for a 15-year-old girl,
    this L14 vs
    johnlewis.com/len…535

yes - newer, slightly better CPU but less RAM
I'd personally go for 14" screen

    What say you?
