Why would you pay extra for 11 pro, surely you just get the update for free from 10 pro?

Yes that’s correct the upgrade from win 10 - 11 is still free, problem is not a lot of people would know that and I think this company who sells them is counting on it to make a few bucks

Recently bought from this seller I will avoid them:

- it’s US layout for the keyboard
- the actual keys are cheap and fake, horrible feel. The laptop actually has backlight but the keys are cheap knockoffs and opaque; defeating purpose of the backlight
- delivery takes stupidly long

They actually have a both US and UK layout keyboard versions, unfortunately it seems a lottery as to which you receive. The keys aren’t cheap or fake, they spray the keyboard etc as part of the refurb process, this changes the texture and feel of those keys.

If you're not overly bothered about scratches you can get double the memory with other sellers for 150 quid.

Not sure which seller think may have been this one but never mentioned second battery and I got one ofthe larger size battery's.

The battery on mine is rubbish. Mine wont even fast charge now, it takes 5 hours to charge and the laptop has to be off! Only had it a year!
