This light has seen a decent price drop and has good reviews. Personally, I really like auto-sensing garden lights, especially if they are solar-powered.

The solar panel along the top of the floodlight means you can enjoy 100 percent energy savings, as there are no energy costs charging by solar energy.

Built with a pir motion sensor

is it fixed l shape angle? can the light be angled at all from the solar panel side?

    I have this exact one.
The solar panel and light can both be adjusted separately to get perfect placement for both

I've had 2 of these for over 3 years now and they're still going strong. They feel well built and have remained waterproof unlike countless other outdoor led lamps I've tried that have eventually failed through water ingress.

This is a very decent price, I paid £25.ea and they're often on offer around £20.

Cheers. I might go for this as well. My only concern is this might be too bright for me.

Looking at comments on here it looks like the unit has a permanently on (low light) function that cannot be turned off? This is not a feature I would want as it simply drains the battery, especially in Scottish winters where daylight to recharge the battery is limited. But there is no mention of this permanently on low light at night feature in the specification?

It’s has the light on low until it reaches 30% battery life. You can turn this function off completely by holding a button when turning on (I think). I have never done this myself as I like it on but I have definitely read you can turn the low light option off in the manual. (edited)

    Thanks OP, gets great reviews
Anybody have recommendations for solar spotlights to light up trees? Been looking at cheap Chinese ones but dubious they will last

Says 99p postage on checkout, so not £16.99.

I got of these last time they were on on here, Works great though disappointed it's on all the time during darkness albeit on a low light but not what I was expecting. Have so far been unable to just have the sensor only to work.
