    Or if as casual as implied:
    just spend £35 less on a no-name standalone solar-charged product shifted directly by Amazon rather than OPs Hong Kong-based shifter

    TBH there's multiple solar-charged standalones in the mid£20s-£40 price range inc PTZ options from £35+.
    Not convinced foreign Reo justifies the additional cost, but Reo might have an absolutely essential feature not available via alternatives.

    I have 3 different models from Reo, they often disconnect from WiFi and 2 have been replaced. I would say the only good thing about them is they just replace broken cameras within 3 years with no fuss. However should a camera be breaking within 3 years if it was a quality build... Probably not.

    I am happy with Reolink cameras and as one failed I have bought this to replace. They are good and cost effective.
