Just dumped them, appalling signal where I am in Cornwall. My advice, change to them but dump them quick if you start losing mobile signal. It will only get worse.

Depends though of course. O2 and 3 unusable for me. But Voda and EE solid <shrugs>.

tried lyca - coverage sucked compared to EE as I think they are using their cheaper options. switched to 1p and it's as good as EE now plus wifi calling.

Lycamobile is now hopeless, where I live, since the change to EE.
I cancelled my Lycamobile service by turning off auto-renew, then somehow it renewed itself?
After receiving the email confirming the bundle renewal, I called Lycamobile CS who were going to process a refund and provided a reference number.
No sign of the refund to date (17 days later) so called up today and provided the reference number and was told it wasn't a valid number...
Logged into my account this afternoon to see that, "auto-renew", was again enabled???
I guess I'll need to delete my payment card from the system? (edited)

We are sorry to hear about the hassle. We would like to take a closer look at this. Please PM us your Lycamobile number, reference number and last 4 digits of the bank card number. So, we can look into this. (edited)

Good deal if the signal is solid in your area, I've tried Giffgaff, Smarty, Lebara.
    Giffgaff- Not bad.
    Smarty- Almost unusable
Lebara- Flaky, up & down signal.
Lyca (so far) solid 5bars NW England.

Perhaps today might be the day that Lyca Mobile CS respond to my PM.
That's how long it took for an email to be replied to. Note that I didn't say, "answered".
I had a simple query about a renewal of bundle, which was one question but they came back with about 10 questions, totally ignoring my original question.
From my outlook and experience, Lyca were the lower grade option between themselves and Lebara.
With the change to EE service and the even further downgraded CS, I'm not seeing many positives.
Pity really, as they previously provided decent signal in my area.
My "auto renew" continues to be enabled each time that I login to my account.
My advice would be to remove any payment cards, in advance, before assuming that "auto renew" is actually turned off. (edited)
