The Ducan High GTX Hiking Boots from Mammut are perfect for those fast-paced hikes in the mountains. The super-sporty hiking boot for multi-day outings, trekking excursions and fast scrambles up the hills.

The Ducan uses Mammut's cutting-edge construction techniques including their Flextron technology. This profile of midsole within the shoe creates a spring-style midsole that provides perfect vertical support and stability, preventing any deflection of the foot. Creating a much more efficient use of energy transfer, leaving your feet fresher for longer hikes!

The boot is anatomically designed using Mammut's Georganic 3D technology. This enables the foot to move in a natural plane of movement along with the geometric-dynamic design of the anatomical last and mono-tongue, collectively these create an outstandingly comfortable and supportive boot. There'll be no issue with keeping your grip on the Ducan, the sole profile will keep you gripping to the rock, utilising the specially designed Vibram sole.

With such high-quality materials and tough, supportive construction, the Ducan High GTX Hiking/Walking Shoes from Mammut will keep your feet warm, dry and comfortable on hikes and scrambles for seasons to come.

Can anyone advise if they are true to size? Tight or wide... Size up, down or as expected?

    Non sarcastic replies welcomed!

    Many thanks

If you want wider I bought the Mercury III. They are replaced by the IIII now but having looked for wide boots for years these were a great fit. Only regret is not getting a full size bigger as my toes hit the end going downhill (edited)

Who owns Mammut now? Back in the day they were a serious gear bunch. Still got their boots from 20 years ago.

Amazing boots for the price. They are very well-built but firm boots and I needed to put a cushioned inner sole in them to make them comfortable to walk in on long walks.
