There is some stock in stores, so the next question is... is it any good? How does this compare to an Instant Pot?

It will (pressure) cook quite similarly, and you should be able to transpose recipes pretty easily.
IP have a stainless bowl on all models.
This has a non-stick (aluminium?) one. You can buy non-stick pots for the IPs, and glass lids, and…
This has lots of presets, which I find rather pointless if you can’t customise those speed-dial settings.
The pressure release looks a bit basic. That’s the only point of drama, and IP make it easier and less dramatic. More so on their top models. The IP’s auto valve closing on fitting the lid is ingeniously simple. Parts and accessories are pretty widely available for the IPs. Dunno about this.

I got a cheapie PressureKingPro, realised the usefulness with minimal drama (compared to old school stovetop ones) and quickly traded up to an Instant Pot (Crisp). The airfryer lid is nice to have but inconvenient compared to a classic drawer-type airfryer. The Crisp however allows more control/versatility (inc sous vide mode), and has NO presets (which suits me fine).
    Horses for courses. YMMV. (edited)
