Product Details

You can cut and join materials on this foldable Minotaur professional workbench, even if you're limited on space or regularly have to move your tools between work sites. It carries up to 100 kg, making it popular with DIYers and professionals alike, and can be used in home garages or building sites for all types of repair jobs.

The work surface is designed for comfort, and you can easily change its height to suit your needs. You can also adjust the angle of the countertop – choose from a 0°, 25°, 45° or 80° angle. On the bench, there are clear measurement and angle markings, which reduces the number of tools you'll need to carry around.

Made from aluminium and steel, this durable trestle is hard-wearing enough for daily use. It also resists corrosion and tarnishing from moisture and heat.

• Worktop angle adjustable to 0°, 25°, 45° and 80°

Is this any good? I am considering buying my first one and a circular saw to go with it!

This will certainly hold a peice of wood while you use a circular saw to the side of it, I think that's what you mean. Looks better than the B&D workmate.

I have the identical B&Q version, it's ok but given the choice I'd probably go for one of the Keter ones instead.
It's quite heavy, the legs don't spread enough so it feels a bit unbalanced with something heavy on top, and the height and angle adjustments are a bit fiddly. Mine was cheap and I'll probably get the Keter one when I'm doing some planned DIY later this year.

But Keter is made out of plastic, right? Is is as sturdy as this one?

I have the Workmate plus - really good plus I like the rear jaw tilt - the dual clamp handle turning  tape is a bit of a gimmick but can be just removed
Even cheaper due to  deal posted here; hotukdeals.com/dea…373

This looks good in the photos but it's useful to get first hand experience. I got the Keter one a couple of weeks ago but has broken already so I'll be returning it. The thing I like about the Keter is it's wide and stiff, this looks like it could be neither.
My Keter only broke because of a moulding defect so I don't think it's an issue with the design itself.
