Excellent deal. Not for the favourable price alone but one of the cheapest eSim capable 5G phones with near native Android which has lot going for itself. I have this 🔥

Yep Not a bad phone but I'd spend the extra £15 on a G73 when the regular offer pops up (better screen, ram, storage, NFC). G73 can take two sims (just pop in a local sim on holiday)
Unless the e-sim is a killer in which case - yep - this is as good as it gets so heat added.

Why is the screen res such a downgrade on the g32 from a couple of years ago? They've done the same on loads of the series

I think Moto's naming conventions don't help. The G34 isn't necessarily a replacement for the G32 because the ranges have shifted slightly e.g. the E13 from last year has been replaced by the G04. The G54 is considerably better than the G53.

The G54 is the most likely replacement if only considering cost (G32 was released at £170 on release).
