Ninja refurbished, 12 months warranty, free return.

Ninja’s cheapo copy of a PacoJet.
You freeze a ‘pint’ pot of your stuff, and this blitzes it to ice cream (like a PacoJet but about £5k cheaper.)
Settings for ice cream, gelato, sorbet, etc…
Description says it comes with three pots.

Hey, it is a deal when it is being sold with warranty cheaper than well-used examples go for on eBay.
Thank me when the weather warms up!

As of now, there seems to be a dozen left (yes, I bit and bought.)

If you want it, you’ll find room somewhere.
It is quite small, and works unusually for an ice cream maker. I don’t have the space or budget for a real PacoJet, but at this price I’m willing to give this a try! (edited)

It works unusually because it's technically just a blender.

Knocks out some decent gear though.

Dont need one, never knew Ninja made one, but now I want one!

    Convince me otherwise.

Here’s some PacoJet sellers critically testing the Creami… (which costs about 1/30th of the price!)

How does it fit between the air fryer, rice cooker, deep fat fryer, smoothy maker, coffee machine, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster and kettle? (edited)

Looks like more stock may appear from time to time. 27 sold which iirc is more than there were when I posted the deal…

I was disappointed with the results when I tried sausages in this!

That’s probably why Heston uses a real PacoJet for his bacon & egg ice cream…

Mine arrived today, 3 days after ordering, quick enough!
And, there’s absolutely nothing to suggest that it isn’t new. If this is typical of Ninja ‘refurbs’ then they really are something to be looked out for.
First tub in the freezer, sorbet tomorrow I trust.

got mine today, no orginal box and tubs are dirty from previous use but as long as it works is a great deal

Ooooh, not so good. Maybe worth telling Ninja Customer Service? They might send you a couple of spare (replacement!) tubs as a recompense for their QA lapse…

I did the canned peaches sorbet as a trial.
Worked well, but needed the Respin to give an excellent texture for a sorbet.
Leftovers returned to freezer went a bit icy by next day.
Instructions say to rerun the original programme (NOT to respin under those circumstances) but having failed to smooth down that surplus (again advised to protect the machine) when putting back in the freezer, it had to be eaten like that. Not a great hardship!

I can say that it really does do great sorbets.
The fresh strawberry ice cream was fantastically intense, but a bit dense in texture, if one was being fussy.
The noises don’t inspire confidence in going totally off piste. My guess is that the Sorbet setting advances the cutter most slowly, and the principal risk of damaging the thing would be if the cutter was advanced too quickly for the consistency of the frozen mix.

These things are very ‘trendy’ and, so I’m told Instagrammable, and Ninja already are offering a larger capacity version (with some additional modes) and in the States a couple of “Breeze” versions that mount the tub differently.
