Bought this yesterday and arrived. Immaculate in condition. However, the wheel does not work to allow you to select different functions (air fryer, grill, pressure cooker etc) so utterly useless. Going to be such a headache trying to return this now!

Update: For those that need to return for any reason. Ninja were excellent. Just call them and then over video show the issue, get ticket number. Then have to initiate return through eBay, only annoying thing is you cannot initiate a return until 24 hours have passed. So will have to wait until tomorrow to do so, hoping I can get a replacement without issue!

Be forewarned that the pots wear on these very, very fast. Okay for fan oven cooking food. Pressure cooking works alright too.

And a 3rd party stainless pot will set you back about £60. Though straight replacement as original is only about £20.

Bargain. One of the best kitchen items I have. I found the pot it came with wore quickly, however the replacement I ordered from ninja still looks like new. Good to have 2 pots anyway as I often have leftovers stored in one pot on the fridge

Had the fan go on one of these after about 13 months.
Only had a 12 month warranty back then instead of the 24 month warranty they offer now.
Ninja told me tough luck and provided no info. On obtaining replacement parts so I could try and sort it myself (edited)

Appreciate it doesn’t help you, but I’ve just had the exact opposite customer service. Couldn’t do enough for me and surprised
    me to be honest.

Just had an OL650 go faulty (well outside of warranty but thought I’d ring anyway) with a lid error and they are replacing with an OL750. Collecting the old one.

If failure is not doen to user error is worth citing your legal rights which are different to warranty. Certainly as described you would have a rightful claim. Do this to the seller, not the manufacturer. I've often, though not always had success this way.

Bought one from FB marketplace for £100 I love it only problem is it’s heavy due to it being a pressure cooker. Plus the pots coating wears away thinking of buying a stainless steel one to replace it.
The steam air fry makes wonderful chips. The steam roast function is brilliant but the best part is cooking with the thermometer.
Set meat settings then temperature or rare, medium or well done it turns off automatically. (edited)

Best device I purchased last year. Barely use the oven now.

You can go for the Samurai Foodi but they are not as quick and heavier. (edited)
