Updated with a 7" OLED touchscreen, 64GB of storage, thinner bezels, and enhanced audio, the newest member of the Nintendo Switch family continues to deliver the flexibility to play your favourite titles at home or on the go. This Special Pokémon edition features design inspiration from the upcoming Scarlett & Violet games (sold separately), with the Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon featured on the glossy front side, and a design inspired by the series’ iconic Poké Ball on the back.
The back of the system itself is adorned with special illustrations of the three Pokémon you can choose as your first partners in the game – Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly – along with illustrations of symbols players may recognize as they journey through the games. The Joy-Con controllers, which match the main colours of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, feature the school emblems of the Naranja Academy and Uva Academy that appear in the respective games.

TV mode - connect the Switch to your TV, like an ordinary console, and use the controllers to play all your favourite titles alone or with friends while you relax on the sofaTabletop mode - prop the console anywhere and use its built-in screen and detachable Joy-Con controllers to have fun on any flat surface.Handheld mode - attach the Joy-Cons to the sides of the tablet console to create a completely portable gamer. You can also remove the Joy-Cons for 2 players to get involved.
OLED screen
The vivid colours and high contrast of the new 7" OLED touchscreen deliver a rich handheld and tabletop gaming experience, bringing games to life whether you're racing at top speed or squaring off against enemies.
Battery life
You can play while you charge your device using the included AC adapter, but other USB Type-C chargers should work as well. The device can last approximately 4.5 and 9 hours on one charge, but this depends on the games you play and the number of gamers involved. For example, the battery will last around 5.5 hours for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
