This is a good price for the eshop but for comparison its £3.44 on Steam. So FYI that is an alternative option. But still hot for Switch.

Amazing game. At this price, its a steal.

I think the 2nd one is better, and you don't need to have played the 1st. Single player is excellent imo

Can anyone recommend if I should play the first one first? Also is the second one still fun single player? Ok predominantly play my switch on my commute.

Tremendous game. This and the original are brilliant, just a pleasure to play.

Funny enough customer services only can switch back to your region once for some reason, I was on chat 2 days ago with them about apparently I had funds left that I didnt add in Argentina however when going back to the US account after they clear it once the US funds will return so and you basically get region lock. They way to fix this I found was either spend gold points until you can spend all your reaming fund (what I did) or use a region free card to buy cheap game with your reaming funds on top of the remaining funds.

I just have 3 accounts on my switch. One for each region. Haven’t bought much yet but haven’t had any problems so far

Be careful when purchasing from US store. Fee free cards don’t work so you end up buying credit. You then can’t change region back until you spend all your credit or you contact customer services to switch it back and lose credit etc. Better to create a separate American account on your switch.

Brothers: Tale of Two Sons is one of my favourite games of all time, a solid 10/10

Depends how much you're wanting to spend. She might enjoy Cattails ( on sale ) or Cat Quest ( physical version around £15, digital £9.99 ) . Stardew Valley is excellent and is £10.99. As for more expensive games, Yoshi or Mario Odyssey are fun for kids and adults and not difficult. Splatoon 2 is great too if you have online service. As for any purchase, check out the videos on the eShop or YouTube before buying.

Agree their sitting on a gold mine but i hope Sega’s success with these classics also spurs Namco in to action as well, they’ve got a goldmine equally as great too, used to love it when Sega and Namco, used to trade punches in arcades, Time Crisis vs Virtua Cop, Daytona vs Ridge Racer, Sega Rally vs Dirt Dash etc.

I really like it, buying it physically when it first released and nabbing it digitally too at this sale price from the Russian store yesterday, but it's not much of a 'game'. The adventure mode can be quite odd and frustrating if you take it seriously, but I just f-about in it and gradually progress through it. I've logged 25 hours in it in Switch and haven't even started on the sandbox mode yet. I've reached about 79 gold blocks so far in the adventure mode. Where it's great is just the number and variety of figures, creatures and vehicles you unlock, and they have plenty of LEGO charm. Riding around on.... (I won't spoil them) is just pure fun. So, if you're fond of LEGO and can you see yourself using the sandbox definitely go for it, but if you're looking for something with good gameplay in a more conventional sense you won't find it. And obviously bear in mind it doesn't perform great on Switch, if that sort of thing bothers you. Handheld resolution is 'fuzzy' and draw distances are very short with LOTS of pop-in. But I always play handheld cos I'm just in it for the play/fun factor. The building mechanics can be fiddly and take some getting used to, but if you like your LEGO it's worth putting in the time because I don't think you get this variety of block shapes in any other sandbox game. At £8.30 I'd encourage anyone who can enjoy sandbox fun to give it a try.

It's not too bad. Worth it for this kind of price.

My son plays it - he likes it a lot. Not really my cup of tea (y)

My problem with Xenoblade was I got so frustrated with the waypoint system that I was concerned I'd smash my Switch off the ground in a fit of rage so we needed some time apart (lol) Loved it other than that though.

Same here. Still need to finish the base game. This is what's great about JRPGs; they are long but they are packed with content and meaningful progression. My problem is that I get distracted from the 100 hours of Xenoblade and finish 1-2 shorter games in between.

I was going to buy it later, anyway. Don't worry :D

I have the original game on cart so presume all good to play Torna with this. Having to have cart in doesn't bother me. I don't know how they managed to make this Torna vs Season Pass dlc so confusing. Just noticed in the US store you can buy the expansion pass and below it says you need base game to play, but they also sell Torna as a standalone purchase and says nothing about requiring base game. Weird Hear btw OP, been looking for this for a while. Thanks OP heat added and ordered. Don't ever go for US deals as I don't like the leftover credit sitting in my account. But as this was exactly $10 I couldn't resist as I don't really want to pay much more for a 4-5 hour game

you would buy credit, switch region, add money (cant add US voucher to UK account), buy game. But beware when adding credit, either it wont let you switch back with unused credit or you'll lose it. Cant remember which so look that up first. With Japan, US, Canada and Mexico you must use credit or a bank card linked to that area. Any other stores you can switch and buy with your UK bank, though depending on your bank you may be charged conversion fees.

So buy the credit, add it to account, change region on switch and buy? Also showing as $19.99 unless I'm doing something wrong?
