Oneplus 10 Pro 128GB Mobile Phone £499.99 instore @ John Lewis (Trafford, Manchester)

Good phone over all. Good screen, long lasting battery, decent main camera. Runs the non-plus Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, made by Samsung - the plus variant and the Gen 2 are made by TSMC and quite a lot better. The ultra-wide camera is very wide and can take fish eye photos, but it's not as good as the 50MP ultra-wide on the OnePlus 9 Pro (which has AF and can take great macro pictures).

Don't think 500 quid, even with the JW 2 year warranty is a great price for this phone. Better get a 9 Pro in pristine condition for 300 quid - thebigphonestore.co.uk/pro…sim - the only real advantage of the 10 Pro is the bigger battery.

Used Oneplus 8t, I loved a lot. Especially for half of the price as Iphone. But the market changed when pixels have been introduced. Right now the pixel 7 for 4-500 is a strong competitor.

I jumped from op 8 pro to pixel 6 Pro and 2 worst things about Google phone is I can't cast screen on firestick and can't connect to garmin mini 2 dash cam. Both functions fully working on oneplus. Ridiculous
