I have 2 sets of these both pretty good. Bar weighs 1kg so 11kg each

Just for the record, the stated weights usually include the bars themselves.

e.g. if each bar is 1kg, and the total weight is 20kg, then it will come with two 1kg bars, and a set of weights that totals 18kg.

After all, your body doesn't especially care which bits are making it heavy.

Really good set of weights, I’ve got some. However the price isn’t very good, I’ve bought them for 32.92 including delivery in March 22 . Cold

Everything is more expensive though in July 2023 rather than March 2022 wouldn't you agree? It's a decent price price for a decent set I'd think... Good find OP in my opinion (edited)

Can these be expanded with other brand weight plates such as the York plates?

This seems expensive. I paid £30 6 months ago from Argos.

It’s more expensive now but this is the lowest price I could find now for this type. People who need this now would probably have to pay the cost of inflation etc

Just remember how much gym membership costs now

Surprisingly about the same as it always did. I remember my £35 gym membership in 1999.

Currently paying £25 for two at our local. Admittedly much smaller but the free weights section is fine
