Will the ones at double the price like the Ryobi or Flymo be any better or are they similar? Tempted to get one for my garden but I've never had a lawnmower before.

I’ve had a few mowers, the brands are likely to be better but are over double the price. This isn’t the most powerful at 1200w but with a 3 year warranty it’s almost worth it if it only lasts that long.

I have an hover mower at the moment, two things I would like to know about this mower, 1 how close can you get to the edge as I guess the wheels mean the blade is inside the wheel centres meaning if you get close to the edge of the lawn the wheels will fall off the edge if you have a border and secondly can you use mower without grass box on back, thanks in advance

Yes thats right re the blade being behind the front wheels, I dont see why you couldn't use it without the grass box, not tried it myself.
To adjust the cutting height you have to unscrew the wheels, Ive got mine on the middle setting. (edited)

    looks a decent little mower
When buying a cheap, electric one, make sure it has high traction/torque otherwise it won't get though thick grass. (edited)

I bought one last week, and the price was terrific.

So far, so good, but time will tell. It should be fine, as it comes with a 3-year warranty. Bear in mind that the spare blades are out of stock, and you might not be able to get any in the UK.

grizzlytools.shop/ This website is mentioned in the operation manual, and it doesn't allow you to pick up the UK as the delivery country.
