    It didn't go on how early you got in the queue, everyone was allocated a random queue number so it made it more of a ballot which was a lot better IMO

    Not sure why you think it's a waste of time when you can book over the phone just like the good old days. I personally found it easier having the customer service persons putting through all my codes

    I almost forget I had vouchers from the first round and used them today ( they expire at midnight). Managed to get 3 tickets for Six at Northampton for £20.50 after discount. Bargain!!

    I managed 2, others must be having a laugh if they're claiming 100 the page was dreadfully slow but i appreciate £50 for free since i didn't have to buy any tickets either

    They send you a voucher via email....so I guess you can use any old email but you must have access to it.

    I had/have the same problem and it's gone on for over 6 months now. They have been blaming Experian even though Experian have said it is not them and my credit rating is excellent. Apparently the National Lottery think I'm dead!
    No problems with any other company.
    They have finally said 'the problem is too difficult' and have requested identification proof to open an account manually.

    It's quite easy to open a complaint with them to get the ball rolling and might be worth checking your Experian file just in case.
