sorted byAs per earlier thread on one of the AA deals, I commented live on here, calling out the RAC at 1.30pm in the afternoon. They tuned up at 12.30am the next day.
Not only that, their office cancelled the call out without calling me and lied on their computer that I had hit a bollard, when I said no such thing.
I then via the app called/ reinstated, received another call, that I would have to pay for an accident call out. When there was no accident.
In the mean time you get messages they are finding a van and estimated time, which just keeps extending and extending.
I think there was a press article recently where a family broke down on a motor way, with a vulnerable person on the RAC computer and they took so long to attend, that the Police gave the family food and water as they we're waiting for so long.
They by far are the worst. (edited)
