  • Razer TriForce Titanium 50mm Drivers: With titanium-coated diaphragms for added clarity, our cutting-edge drivers can tune highs, mids, and lows separately—producing brighter, clearer sound with richer trebles and more powerful bass
  • Razer HyperClear Supercardioid Mic: With great rear and side noise rejection, the detachable 9.9mm mic also has a sensitive low frequency response—supported by mic monitoring and game/chat balance to ensure optimal levels
  • Dedicated mobile mic: Hidden in the headset is a second mic that works without the HyperClear Cardioid Mic—handy for when you need to talk while commuting, whether it’s for online gaming or answering calls
  • Breathable memory foam ear cushions: Using a fabric weave that doesn’t trap heat, the headset is easy on the ears, while its soft padded headband provides even more comfort to keep you in peak form during gaming marathons
  • EQ and Xbox pairing button: Tap twice to cycle through 4 EQ settings—such as FPS Mode that enhances in-game audio like enemy footsteps, and Bass Mode to amplify low frequency sounds. Hold once to connect the headset to console

I've had some broke 'like new' warehouse stuff. I think you're really rolling the dice on 'acceptable'.

    Good luck!

You’re rolling the dice on Amazon’s grading more than anything. Given the choice I’d choose acceptable over like new for the saving. I ordered an ‘acceptable’ ROG Flow Z13 and Razer Blade, both came like new condition, the Z13 was sealed in the box internally. It was only damaged packaging both cases.

or it could be returned brand new. I had good experience with Amazon Warehouse.

When you read the description and see what state the headset is already in within the 30 day returns period pretty much sums up the kind of sweaty dirty mess of a person who will have owned them for the short period.

E.G, within 30 days, they’ve already lost the manual, caused a 1” scratch and lost (or stolen) the cable to charge them.

For comparison, I have 3 headsets, all without a mark on them, all of the original cables, boxes still pristine with instructions, and neatly stored away in the loft, why, I don’t know why, but after several years, I’d put money on them being in better condition than these.

I’d want £40 to even put these on my ears. They will be absolutely minging, guaranteed. (edited)

It's the default description Amazon put up

It's more than likely a new, open box returned item which is how the Corsair Void Elite I ordered from them a few years ago came. You can't guarantee it will be minging at all and it probably won't be...

good luck returning this if you're unlucky

Amazon have probably the simplest return policy of all retailers... what do you need luck for...

Just an update as I got these today, great condition overall, all packaging correct
. Only issue is they didn't have the protective foam ear muffs so pretty pointless

    Swiftly requested a refund
