    Always been reluctant to get one. What can this do that a Firestick 4K cannot? Can this run Kodi for example?

    Infuse is a fantastic alternative to Kodi.

    Seamless 4k streaming from NAS. Yet to find something that comes close to this for the price. No resampling/transcoding is needed too.

    Plus all the other stuff it does as well. I have one per TV around the house. (edited)

    Order to upgrade my old one, it's the best Plex client (controversial I know!), I have just found them to be so much less drama and a nicer interface than the old android tv devices I used before.

    It can run sky go and apps like Zwift.

    The firestick can t do either

    got another one for the bedroom the main one in the living room gets more use than my sky q

    its a great little device and just works perfectly .

    i do have an nvdia shield in the bedroom but i find apple tv much quicker and less buggy.

    Love mine. Works seamlessly with my Apple home pods. Worth noting this comes with Ethernet port for hardwiring where as the new model doesn't unless you go for the more expensive one. (edited)

    they just work they are more expensive i have an nvdia shield in the bedroom but i'm replacing that with an apple tv because its becoming sluggish it can't do everything an nvdia shield can do but for streaming purposes its great.

    just had my purchase track on quidco it does say 90 quid but thats because it doesn't include vat

    so if all goes well with bonus and tracking i'm looking at 80 quid for an apple tv i'm happy with that

    oh and its due to be delivered in the next hour.
