    This is not refurbished. Minimum battery condition in a refurbished laptop is 80% of original capacity. After reporting this listing, I got an instant reply that nobody could have typed in the time that said that they can "only go on the eBay listing".

    Or you know, not allow false advertising on the site.

    The battery is well below the standard required for the designation "refurbished", therefore this is not refurbished.

    I don't comment on the specific refurbished model for sale here as I don't know the seller but the HP Elitebook 840 range are very very good laptops. Highly recommend.
