Does it come with a bladder?
Can't see it in pics and description doesn't mention it.
    Just says "compatible with flasks".

I bought one a while back from startfitness for £90 with flasks so this seems a pretty good price for the vest.

I find it handy even if im going to a parkrun etc and want to carry some spare clothes or layers for after, it stays in place nicely when running and you hardly know its there when compared to a belt etc. On long runs its ideal carrying a liter or so.

Even after buying the flasks this works out cheaper than what i paid.

Flasks would cost extra £20-30. I would suggest to buy with flasks. If you know your size, try trekkinn. I bought one from there. I normally go with M but tried some with Amazon. Bought XL vest from trekkinn. I cannot attach link to here, it says the domain is banned. However, if you know excatly what you want without option to return it, it was a good site

Decathlon flasks should fit the same as Salomon flasks and the nozzles are better as you can twist open/close. You won’t get much in a 4L vest so depends on what you’re wearing it for.

Sadly not great without bottles or bladder included

Anyone able to comment re sizing. Can see one further up sounds like sizing up is good. I'm thinking L for my usual M which is often loosish........ When I'm not having seconds

They come up small in general but the active 4 comes up VERY small. Husband usually is a medium, but has the active 8 in large. Ordered the active 4 in large and it’s too small!!!!
