adidas Terrex Soulstride Trail Running Shoes
Extend your range in these adidas Terrex trail running shoes. Their cushioned midsole and pillow-like heel cushioning add up to all-day comfort step after step. A hybrid lug sole transitions easily between road and trail. Raised sidewalls complement the engineered mesh upper to add stability for confident footing no matter where the trail takes you.

Mesh Upper
The upper of these shoes is crafted from an engineered mesh that provides unparalleled comfort and breathability. This stretchy upper delivers a sock-like fit for advanced comfort and control and is covered in micro-perforations. These micro-perforations allow heat, vapour and moisture to escape, whilst simultaneously encouraging fresh air to enter and circulate. This provides a pleasant cooling sensation, which leaves your feet feeling fresh and cool.

This upper is constructed using Primegreen recycled materials for shoes that not only feel and look good but are better for the planet. A traditional lacing system anchors the shoe to the foot securely for superior stability and control, reducing the risk of injury and providing responsive wear. TPU sections provide added durability and abrasion resistance in key areas, protecting the foot from sharp debris and ensuring long-wearing durability. The padded tongue protects the foot from pressure from the laces and blocks debris from entering the shoe.

EVA Midsole
An EVA midsole provides cushioning and comfort. Upon impact, this midsole works to cushion the foot, reducing stress and strain. This reduces the risk of injury, meaning you can take stress-free strides knowing you can tackle whatever your run throws at you. The midsole also provides springy rebounds, utilising the power generated during footstrike to power you into your next one. This reduces energy loss and gives your run that added boost for that unstoppable feeling. It also reduces fatigue, so you can push yourself further and keep going for longer.

TRAXION Outsole
This shoe is completed with an ultra grippy TRAXION outsole for unmatched traction on multiple surfaces. This outsole is covered in lugs that work to grip onto wet, dry, smooth and rough surfaces, pushing you off with responsive propulsion and helping you to have greater control. This, in turn, reduces the risk of injury, and thanks to the durable nature of this outsole, you can depend on these shoes run, after run, after run - delivering long-lasting performance for runners who want a shoe they can rely on.

If only these were GTX would make a nice addition to the rotation

I’m waiting for some GTX price drops as summer kicks in - usually the best time to pick up a pair.

Never worn Adidas. Was always put off by their sizing which always seemed bizarre. Anyone run with Adidas?

I mainly only use Adidas and always get my regular size (9 - I’ve got 9.5 before but would have been ok with my normal size).

The only thing of theirs I size up in is any of their GTX range as they are notorious for running small. (edited)

Thats a good price, wonder if their wide, read a few reviews and one said they were,
also states width D. which is smack bang on average, so not sure, im a gardener and would be wearing a lot, dont want crushed toes in any way, and if you buy to big co counter act that, they'l slip around.

I got my regular size in these last year and they fit fine/are comfortable and didn’t need ‘breaking in’ - the GTX version I went up a full size.

Thanks, I have been looking at some cheap trail shoes to brave some off road action and these seem to have decent reviews
