Blue light card offer.

Usually £1799.99, reduced to £1199.25 plus £250 cashback.

Great TV for it's intended purpose, which is high on a wall in a daylit room, and to look unobtrusive. Excellent app support - still not found a streaming service it doesn't support, notably has prime, Netflix, now, Disney and Bt sport / tnt.

Objectively, yes, the picture quality isn't as good as the best of the best for the price, but, casual observers looking at mine always comment about it looking almost 3d, I mainly watch sport on mine (2021 version) and have been very impressed.

Art mode is great, again if you have a need for it, and aesthetically the set is good, and adaptable.

Beware! You have to use the Samsung 'One Connect' box with this TV. It means you only have one wire going into the TV for everything, but that wire goes into a box that is the size of a blu ray player.

Not particularly great if you want to walk mount it, as I found.

Like in say, buy it for the right reason.

The one connect box was for me, the main reason for buying this. You can place the box and all of your sources, Internet connection. Power point up to 15m away from the TV.

We bought this TV, because we needed a very thin one on the wall. Apart from the thickness, the Matt screen of the TV, is really effective for places with light reflection.

However, the screen of the TV was dead after few days! Their Warranty service could not repair it. They collected the TV to send us a new replacement.
Awful service from Samsung. It's been 1 month and 12 days we don't have TV, still waiting for the delivery of the new one.
They told us there is a network issue in their UK system as the reason. But tried to order a new one and they could deliver in less than 24hrs. Did not expect so horrible customer service from Samsung. They promised for a compensation after the TV is delivered, but cannot trust Samsung anymore! Any suggestions how to deal with them?
    Thanks (edited)

I am still following up with my complaint about Samsung. I received the TV after 20 working days , instead of 7-10 working days. Then started the complaint and requested compensation. I was offered £50, and then a £100 voucher as compensation, but as I don't trust the customer service of Samsung anymore, I don't think it is a good idea to accept that.
Their customer service is rubbish. They get back to me only when I inform them I am going to ask for a letter of deadlock.

I wish I had bought this TV from Costco or John Lewis! I will update this post later! Just be careful....

I got this in the deal a few months back for around £600, it’s a nice enough TV but I wouldn’t pay over a grand for it.

Don't recall seeing that deal?? £950 when Cashback received - good price. Ive got a 2021 model and its great for our usage.

Do you need to open the box to claim cashback? (edited)

I've done a few cashback promotions with samsung, and they all needed a photo of the sticker with the serial number on.

    Not really an issue. (edited)

Waiting for another deal like this. Regret not taking it, didn't realise the cashback offer was ending this week!
