Blue light card offer.
Usually £1799.99, reduced to £1199.25 plus £250 cashback.
Great TV for it's intended purpose, which is high on a wall in a daylit room, and to look unobtrusive. Excellent app support - still not found a streaming service it doesn't support, notably has prime, Netflix, now, Disney and Bt sport / tnt.
Objectively, yes, the picture quality isn't as good as the best of the best for the price, but, casual observers looking at mine always comment about it looking almost 3d, I mainly watch sport on mine (2021 version) and have been very impressed.
Art mode is great, again if you have a need for it, and aesthetically the set is good, and adaptable.

The one connect box was for me, the main reason for buying this. You can place the box and all of your sources, Internet connection. Power point up to 15m away from the TV.
However, the screen of the TV was dead after few days! Their Warranty service could not repair it. They collected the TV to send us a new replacement.
Awful service from Samsung. It's been 1 month and 12 days we don't have TV, still waiting for the delivery of the new one.
They told us there is a network issue in their UK system as the reason. But tried to order a new one and they could deliver in less than 24hrs. Did not expect so horrible customer service from Samsung. They promised for a compensation after the TV is delivered, but cannot trust Samsung anymore! Any suggestions how to deal with them?
Thanks (edited)
Their customer service is rubbish. They get back to me only when I inform them I am going to ask for a letter of deadlock.
I wish I had bought this TV from Costco or John Lewis! I will update this post later! Just be careful....
Not really an issue. (edited)
