    This or a Pixel 7a?

Pixel 7a for sure but it's more expensive right now. You could go for the Vodafone deal which bridges the gap:

You should also consider the Pixel 6a if you can snag one for a similar price.

Pixel 6a has a better camera and processor but the A34 has the better display and battery life.

The logical choice for most is probably the 6a, and probably what I would go for given the choice. I do prefer Samsung's software but that's a personal preference, both will have great support I'm sure. (edited)

Also, as storage is expandable, is there really any reason to go for this over the A53 for £254, no trade in required? amazon.co.uk/Sam…h=1

I know nowt about Samsung phones, but presume the A53 is better - only because the number is higher!

Large number of people would consider this as more than excellent deal for this decent phone, especially with 256gb on board storage and that trade-in. Much heat 🔥 OP.

Crazy why the 128gb currently on Currys is more expensive than the 256gb version. Heat anyways 🔥

What's the situation with the "trade-in"? Can it be anything electrical or does it have to have a value to it? Are there specifics for this "trade-in" offer?

I would like to know this as well. Can I trade in my old kettle?

Thanks MrSwitch. Just did this. The trade in can be anything if ordering in-store. On line just use the code as per OP. You can use top gift card for £250 which gets you £13.sl cashback if tracked. Order through top cashback online gets you 1% = 4p. So #299 -£44.00 for 15% off code = £ 4.95 to pay minus 4p cashback - £13 topgiftcard cashback =£ 241.11

So online is a trade in not needed?
  7. hits's avatar
That's correct there's a selection box for a code in the basket I typed it in there and it took off the 15%.

Great. Im going to buy the phone today to replace my s9. What is top gift card? Is it an app?

Is the Samsung trade in only applicable to certain devices on the Curry's store?

Does anyone know if you can just use the trade in code and not bother taking the trade in to store? I’ll only get £2 for the old phone I was going to trade in, and they let you use the discount code straight away. I’d happily not bother going to store for the £2!
    daveykinetic's avatar
I just ordered online mate. Use code. No trade in needed. Just don't go to a store or you'll need to trade something
