It's soy protein, high processed and low biological value. Forget the other concerns around soy, that should be enough to stick to whey protein unless you have health issues with that (and even then I'd look at others before soy).

Be careful with this protein (contains soy). I started drinking this and 3 days later my voice changed to a higher pitch and I decided to ditch the gym and take up Zumba classes. You have been warned.

Great price and Fine if you have a cement mixer. I find the soy requires at least double the liquid of whey. But a great cheap option.

Is this brand as bad as everyone is making out? Surely it can’t be THAT far away from powder such as myprotein?

I bought a 4kg chocolate flavour tub of the non isolate version of this. Chocolate is my go to flavour and I've had several different brands over the years and this product was the worst tasting powder I had but it was still fine to drink. It mixed okay.

I am due to buy more powder and considering this deal as the price is great. So my previous experience has not been enough to put me off. This product may even taste different as it is an isolate.
