sorted byGreat cleaner, had issue recently with the main body not staying upright causing the casing coming away from the main cleaning head. Although their CS said this wasn't usually covered under the warranty they agreed to replace it as a "good will" and it arrived a couple of days later. No issues so far with the replacement.
