    Just a word of warning, I have had sonos for years and been generally happy with the setup but a couple of weeks ago they migrated their app over to a brand new app which you have to now use. It's caused uproar in the Sonos users community as it's clearly beta software - you can no longer choose a song and "add next" to insert it into the currently playing queue. The search facility is bafflingly terrible now. You can no longer set alarms and wake up routines. Lots of other functions gone. Google Sonos new app and you'll see all the comments from users that have had their systems nerfed completley by this new app.
    They say the functions will come back "at a later date" ....

    As a long time Sonos user with a pretty extensive system, I’m still getting familiar with the new app but overall like the changes. Sonos has a strong commitment to improving their software and all of the teething issues will get addressed so please stick with it. I think they still are class leaders in the smart speaker world - I tend to only buy at around 30% discount to mitigate the rather high price point!
