FYI Spark3D is actually one of Box's own brands, would find another review if you have concerns over bias!

Ender 3 v2 clone? But with ABL?

This type of comment always makes me chuckle as Ender printers were always just clones of Prusa; they used proprietary tech released by Prusa, and Creality wasn't even the first - many printers that could be classed as "Ender Clones" before Ender even existed. All Ender was just doing better is marketing, and it's well-known they paid for content makers to positively review their printers.

Creality does now develop its own tech, but in the case of these budget printers, it all comes from the same proprietary tech released by Prusa

Not me, but the same printer is available from box.com and there's 7 reviews there which seen quite positive. I've noticed they also have a good bundle deal there when bought with 5kg PLA filament.
I'm currently looking for a good entry level quality 3D printer and very tempted with this one.

I'm sorely tempted to get a 3D printer. I see Ender mentioned frequently. Any advice, like wakaru, says would be very much appreciated

It's a real pain to find such a basic parameter which is a "resolution". 3D printer shouldn't be described as "colour screen 4.3 inch display" lol, but how precisely it can print. Nobody - neither shops or manufacturer - prints that feature in their description, which is a bit suspicious... only downloading full specs you can find out it is 0.2mm. Mystery solved - it's why manufacturer wants to hide it :/ I'm tempted to buy some 3D printer as well, but seeing this I'm convinced I'll buy some used one, but with better resolution as I don't want to be dissapointed with finishing of the "printout". So here's the big question to those who are into 3D printing. Money is a huge constraint and I have no idea how much I'd use it and I have no idea about 3D printers. What do I buy? ABL would be nice since I probably wouldn't have time or patience to level things myself.

ABL isn't a magic bullet, time and patience are a requirement with 3D printers still IMO.
