    Don't know if it applies to this release, but often German boxsets include a reversible "clean" sleeve that removes the giant age rating. Hell on Wheels did when that came up a few weeks ago with the same case design.

    My UK Blu-Ray of series 1 has the choice to select between the original episodes or new "enhanced" versions with CGI effects.

    I can't see anything that says this has the original episodes- if it doesn't then it would be a big nope from me: I want the original 60s charm, I've no interest in seeing modern effects added.

    Should be more Star Trek offers around 8th September (Star Trek day). UK events planned so I’d imagine Paramount will be doing a few sales as well.
