    I was listening to the radio version just yesterday and Galton and Simpsons writing is sublime. How it manages to be funny and deeply sad at the same time is genius.
    In many ways a blueprint for other greats such as rising damp.

    Why would it be banned?
    Harold is pretty woke and Albert is the butt of the jokes usually.
    It's about 2 working class men trying to get on.
    There's one or two 60s references to women and South Asian food but even that refers to how much they enjoy it.
