We did it after cancelling Cineworld a little while back. The tickets can be used for groups (so if you do the 8 tickets for example that can be 2x 4 people, 4x 2 people, 1x 8 people etc.

Meant we could go as a family of 4 to watch something, then 2 films for just me and the Mrs)

The Odeon Lux by me upgraded all the seating but kept the same old projectors, the showcase has invested in new Sony 4K projectors at their De Lux locations in addition to the better seating. A Clockwork Orange was amazing in 4K having the entire place to yourself, plus Odeon seem to be more expensive.

Odeon and showcase will both have comparable equipment

showcase also had the 4k projectors installed long before the venues were upgraded to deluxe, the only new addition would have been a laser projector to the largest screen.

and finally the odds you watch clockwork and they simply plugged in a dvd player mad upscale it is highly likely as they’ve don’t his for many special one off showings.

I think I’d struggle to find that many films I’d want to pay to watch to be honest. There’s hardly anything coming out.

Almost everything I watch at the cinema are past great movies. They sell out more than brand new movies

So I’d need to watch 5 or 8 films by the end of next month essentially. Minus maybe watching My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3, nothing out this year I’m after.

Is anyone else having an issue with being able to use the Luxe tickets after purchasing them? They appear under Rewards on my account but when I select a film and cinema they don't appear as an option. Only the paid for tickets are appearing.

I haven't purchased them yet but are they not 8 separate e-Voucher codes?
Which you would enter when checking out. (edited)
