Seems to only be available in certain postcodes.

*Prices may vary based on location

Probably only available in areas where there is CityFibre cabling in your street

If you have Openreach FullFibre then you get the higher price others have noted.

Will never go back to this lot, had been with them for 4 years, then when i found a better deal of Now BB at 68mg for £20 a month with a 12 month contract, all they would only offer me was my already 34 meg for £25 on a 24 month contract.......so i moved to Now tv, they then tried on 2 different occasions to cancel my move, then took 2 months money from my account after i had left them, and i had to sit on the phone for a hour to get my money back.......and to add insult they sent that silly little warning letter about £1000 fine if you did not send back their router..........

So be carefull with them, they are going backwards with their customer care....again.

I thought if you complete your contract with any network and they send a router at the beginning you keep it? never heard of networks wanting it back

I was with talk talk some time ago and they were the worst provider I've ever experienced
(I arrange fibre for my clients so thats against al the major ones)

I am out of contract. Paying £35pm on 500mb, I am going to give my 30 days and hope this is still on offer. Wish me luck
    satyris's avatar
if you're out of contract, you don't need to give 30 days. go with the offer you like, the company you sign up with deals with your old broadband provider and switches you over. On the day of the switch, it is likely you won't even notice. Sometimes you don't even have to change router it's that simple. (follow all the instructions your broadband provider gives you.)

Won't touch talktalk even if they pay me. The worst of a horrible bunch of broadband providers. (edited)

We left them about 8 years ago after awful dropouts. They blamed it on BT's network. We left and went to another provider, using the same BT network....and guess what.... all the dropouts disappeared. Since we left I don't think there's been a single year when Talktalk haven't been singled out in surveys as either the worst provider or sharing joint bottom.

worst experience of my life, zero customer service, stress and pain from start to finish, stay away from Talk Talk (edited)

AVOID AVOID AVOID as mentioned before just look at the reviews on Trust Pilot and also on the Talk Talk Forum. I was a customer of Talk Talk for a number of years and forced to go FULL FIBRE with them due to my location. What a joke of a company that they couldnt even maintain customers never mind take on new. Customer Services is a disgrace they dont know what they are doing. My FULL FIBRE switch was a shambles the order fell off there systems TWICE, promised appointments by OpenReach never happened and they cant maintain your existing landline.

Ended up switching to BT who sorted it all out and my landline switched over on to BT FULL FIBRE.

I would tell anyone to avoid TALK TALK at all costs. Even the awful VODAFONE FULL FIBRE is better than this shambles. If you want to pay for a service and dont get it TALK TALK is it. For some reason they have become a joke of a company.

Stinking deal if the tcb tracks. I’m with Vodafone on their 900/900 service until November but would jump on this if I could.

It seems Milton Keynes should be able to get this - tried my postcode and had the £36 / month option available.
    ketsunoanna's avatar
I am with Vod broadband locked into a 2 year till November, went with BT as they will buy out your contract up to a max of 300

Be aware of relying on both gift card any cash back system. We did this last year and when we asked for gift card they said we were not eligible this was despite it being on the website and clearly on the checkout of the broadband order. Escalated it higher and still no joy. Believe it all comes down to way cookies worked with other comparison websites.

Also, see if toob is in your area (city fibre). They are 900mbps for £25 a month (18 month contract). Note: they use cgnat and static ip is extra £8 a month.

    shame not in my area

I have this deal with talktalk
Because its the 900Mb package they sent me 4 Eero boxes to cover the space I need for my house

The speeds are bob on. Just keeping my fingers crossed I never have to tackle this aftercare as this is where the bad reviews typically are
    Brvd's avatar
How did you manage to get 4 Eero boxes out of them? Did they offer them initially or did you mention you needed to cover a large space with Wi-Fi connectivity and they offered it?
  21. dan_is_the_man01's avatar
I'm in a city fibre area and TalkTalk are only offering me 65mb on my postcode although I'm already with another provider 🤷🏻‍♂️
  22. satyris's avatar
Would that TalkTalk actually even deign to sell me fibre broadband. I get fistfuls of letters from CityFibre saying my street is ready to go, but TT just don't want the business I guess. I used to have my broadband provided by TalkTalk through their "UFO" product in York, but they ended that for new customers and were switching to host it under their "Future Fibre" brand. But no, they say it not available at my address despite all the other CityFibre providers saying it is, and an engineer on behalf of Nowhere (or Nothing or something like that) will be connecting me soon
    Brvd's avatar
I am currently also still on the UFO product since it was first released in York. I had a letter through the door the other day saying that I had to call up and either confirm switching to a different or same speed plan or to say I was leaving them. I was looking on TalkTalks site last night to see if it showed the 900 Fibre plan being availble in my area as it hasn't for months and it finally was there. Checked again today and it has now gone, only left with the Fibre 35 and Fibre 65. Just been on livechat to them and they said Fibre 900 is now unavailble for me to order online as a new customer due to high demand

We switched to BT after 5months of constantly on the phone to TalkTalk with issues.
We would get kicked off the internet every few hours (all devices would kick wired and wireless) and usually 3x a day at the same time. They blamed everyone but themselves. they kept saying I need to factory reset the router to 100% fix the problem even though this was done a number of times.
They sent 4 engineers and charged us 3 times after saying the engineers are free.

They even charged us £150 exit fee (after saying this would be free due to the on going issues).
I know everyone has different issues with different companies but I have spoken to over 60 people (no exaggeration) who work for talk talk and their customer service is shocking.

Eventually I got a refund on all the costs but it took many phone calls and many staff members refusing to resolve the issue after it clearly showed on the account them agreeing the charges would be removed.

As soon as our BT router turned up the issues went away.
We are paying a bit more for the internet but the internet has dropped once in like 4 months instead of multiple times a day etc.
  24. angela.perkins's avatar
talk talk is ok until you have a problem it took them 4 weeks to send engineer out to fix mine and 3 routers later and numerous times going through their instructions they finally listened and city fibre came out and fixed it,they offered mre a free month which really wasnt anything as i was without it for a month,as soon as ime out of contract ime gone, you have been warned.
  25. Robbo11's avatar
I can't say that we have any issues with TalkTalk in the last few years. We get the occasional drop-out every few months but rarely more than between 10-30 minutes max and almost always quite late at night so maybe it's maintenance anyway.
  26. lukekey's avatar
The offer may be good, but these are awful to deal with, left them months ago and they are still charging me, had to cancel at the bank, they never follow through with anything, the pricing that they gurantee was always wrong and even if they say they will fix it, they don't. spent hours on the phone and nothing ever gets resolved. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
