For £69 this one looks like a nice little offer. For the money here, the price looks decent enough if you're wanting to try one out for the first time. These tend to perform better on harder flooring, as you'd expect.

This model does support automatic charging too, which is something that I didn't really expect to see at this price point, really. Currently £112 - £115 on offer at Amazon

Delivery is free

The TCL 1000BK Robot Vacuum Cleaner is designed to make it easier to manage cleaning at home. The Sweeva B100A00UK has a high-performance, powerful suction of 1500PA with a low noise level, a Smart cleaning solution that cleans while you relax. Due to its super-thin design, the TCL robot vacuum cleaner can move easily under narrow spaces, including most household furniture. With 3 levels of suction power, the TCL 1000BK sucks up grime, dust, and debris hidden in carpets and hard floors.

The TCL B100A00UK Robot Vacuum Cleaner has a long battery life with self-recharging, which lasts up to two hours and can cover up to 120 m² of the floor. When the battery is low, the vacuum automatically starts to charge, so you will never be without power.

Clean Any Time of Day
The timer function means you can get ready for your day, set the timer for any time you want it to start, leave the house, and return home to clean new floors. Even better, you can use the remote control to alter cleaning modes and suction levels or put the vacuum on charge.

You'd be better off blowing the dust off your floor with a straw than wasting hard earned money on any of these clone Roombas!

I bought the Medion posted on this site recently for £99. It works as described, picks up loads of dust, debris and leaves the carpets looking really good. My only criticism is that the dust container isn't large enough. I am very pleased with it. Comments based on no experience and brand bias aren't very helpful to anybody thinking of buying.

Fair price for a non Lidar / laser version, IMHO spend more as Lidor is an important feature, you could buy a very capable lidar robot vacuum for around £150

    LiDAR or nothing for me.

Agreed, this will get stuck so isn't plug and play. Worth the extra for a lidar version. Buy next week as I am sure amazon will have some on offer as part of their prime day.

It says auto-charging so I assume there is a docking station, but there’s no photo of that to show how big it is or what it looks like

Docking station appears in an early frame or two of the video below if that helps

It's OK according to specs. It only seems to vac not mop and it has average sucking power so that probably accounts for its price. It doesn't have LIDAR but that's not required. I have 2 vacs one with and one without and they both do a decent job, the non-LIDAR just takes a bit longer. 2 year warranty. I reckon this is a good buy.

I was going to buy this but read the Which? review on the 2000BK model, which was strongly negative.

Will these work on carpets? Could I really just leave it to vacuum my whole flat? (edited)
