sorted by#1 It's rather bigger than we thought, especially the bell push. Smaller and slimmer would suit us much better.
#2 It's prone to jamming. Can't figure out whether it's mechanical or firmware but every once in a while when it's rung it sticks in a perpetual loop and has to be switched off and on again. Sometimes pressing the bell push can also fix it which is why I'm not certain there isn't a mechanical fault. It's sporadic enough that reporting it back to the company is probably pointless.
