Its made out of chocolate and biscuits of course its processed.

Carrots on offer as well if one would prefer a snack that's not processed.

I find these cookies a bit hard for my liking.

In my experience, every batch of supermarket cookies is a bit different on the hardness front; difficult to get industrial level consistency most of the time.
