Update 1
Back in stock 02/05

Seems a good price direct from Amazon. I have this, and it’s served me well for years.

It keeps hot things hot, and cold things cold. I keep two cups of tea and a choc-ice in mine.

THERMOS brand products deliver what matters every time. For over 115 years, Thermos has been the trusted brand for quality insulated vacuumware products, keeping your drinks hotter for longer. Environmentally conscious, high-tech drinkware has never been more in demand than it is today and Thermos have something for everyone.

Technology Matters: THERMOS vacuum insulation technology keeps hot things hot and cold things cold

4334036-ucUX1.jpg
With traditional containers, heat or cold finds its way inside through the process of convection. Your drink will stay icy cold or steamy hot no matter what the forecast.

4334036-kCd5Q.jpg
THERMOS vacuum insulation creates an airless space between two walls, virtually eliminating the convection process and temperature change.

Been using these for years now. Really well designed, completely leak proof. Kept cold drinks cold even in 40 degree heat in Cambodia, so cannot ask for much more!

I have had this, in different colours, for a few years. I use it a lot wild camping. Usually stick a tin of soup in it before leaving the house. And after a 4 HR drive, and setting up camp etc, the soup is still nicely warm

Thermos keeps cold things cold and hot things hot, but how does it know what's hot and what's cold?
    martin16's avatar
It has a built in thermometer.

This is way better for quick access though, love mine for work or gym

This has a 4.7 ⭐ rating but the 1-4 ⭐ reviews are not very favourable

My gf had hers for years and she loved it used it everyday for years.I just picked this up to replace for her as she lost hers.

If you want a 24/24 thermos for long term storage this isn't the one. But if you want to move and keep drinks hot for 6-8 hours minimum this is the one. Especially for the discounted price

Hi, any idea if this fits most backpacks outside/side pockets?
    Deedie's avatar
    Yes.

Just bought another one of these. This is three now. These are absolutely the best flasks I’ve ever owned. Cannot recommend enough
  8. masai's avatar
Bought one in 2018. Its a bit battered but works great. Doesn’t leak and keeps my water cool in hot weather. Bought 2 more!

I have one of these and it leaks out of the spout in the top...straight into my mouth

These are excellent and very compact. Got a couple on a deal at Tesco a year or two ago.

These are great. Use mine daily. Holds two cups of coffee/tea worth and keeps it hot well into the afternoon. Heat

Any issues with lid? You need to flip open to drink. Is that an issue? I am currently using contigo and camelbak which are via pressing button and drinking (i.e. no lids). But want to have go at this.
  16. mr_bargain's avatar
How does this compare to contigo stuff?
    Crooky's avatar
Pretty good as far as keeping drinks hot, though not as easy to drink from. I take a Contigio cup and one of these both filled with coffee to work. Once my cup is empty I refill it from this.

Took a punt and ordered. Thanks

After a while the contents taste like stainless steel.
    Deedie's avatar
How long are you leaving the contents in it?

Ordered too, thanks. Heat maintained. (edited)

I've got the smaller version of this and it's great, keeps your drink really warm
  22. Fb14's avatar
Simply, The best! Although I prefer the light grey one. I got 2 for like 7 years, one of them had the insulation inside cracked a few years ago but was replaced for free by thermos with their 5 years guarantee (edited)

    muscle21's avatar
You'd hope so as they're rated for 10 hours for hot drinks
  28. Dan_085's avatar

I liked them so much , I bought 4 of them, when they were 9 pounds at tesco.
    mr_bargain's avatar
Decent, so no one else could enjoy them whilst you purchase a 10 year supply.
  33. yerbluesjohn's avatar
Ordered! So glad I held off. Heard these are great. Thank you OP and HUKD!
  34. Sunshine26's avatar
    Bit of a strange question.

If u put an ice lolly still in its packaging in this- would it stay frozen enough for an hour.
  35. LLcoolgaz's avatar
    Have some Heat 🔥
  36. Jason_H's avatar
Hottest current deal is a thermos flask... What's the chance of that... 👽
    mathmo's avatar
Wonder how long it will stay hot for
  37. RickyD's avatar
Can you store ice cubes in these and they not melt for 10 or so hours?
    Massive-Yeti's avatar
Only if they're hot when you put them in.
  38. Tenex's avatar
Bought a pair of these for £4 each 5 years ago in Morrisons exact design, excellent. Add a brand name and the price goes ^^^.
    muscle21's avatar
Not all flasks are created the same. The key thing to look for is how long they claim they'll keep things hot or cold. Some only claim to keep things hot for 6 hours...ie the cheap ones
