With the drawer models, found they are limited for space and stacking food.
If you are looking at a dual, okay you get a bit more control cooking different items but we have found one setting does all. You are also paying a premium, as dual fryers are more expensive than two individuals, plus more bulky than the rottiserie varieties.
That is my opinion.
