I've always wondered how much you would save with these. Looking at my house I have a small bedroom that's used rarely. By using these assuming I turn off the valve or lower the temperature it would mean the boiler doesn't have to work as hard to heat one room thats at a lower temp. Or am I missing the point. Thanks

Most people's home heating has a timer, and as long you don't try to regulate the heating where your thermostat 'lives', then it could save on costs - stop heating unnecessary rooms.
What you wouldn't want is to switch off the valve where you thermostat lives so that other rooms superheat as the boiler struggles to reach the temprature target of the thermostat. (edited)

This is not "Matter" enabled, unless you are in a rush, wait for the "Matter" enabled version (KE200).

true plus by using these almost everyone's carbon footprint goes up compared to a normal TRV

How do these connect to the boiler to call for heat?

These state they have a quiet/night function. Does anyone have any experience of the difference it makes.

The description says these only control the radiator and not the boiler. So not sure how useful these will be.

So even with the KH100 Hub this cannot call for it by itself but wold only regulate the heat in the radiators.

I see from the OP that this requires a hub in order to work!? I have looked previously and someone recommended a model that I’ve now forgot which would allow me to control it maybe via Bluetooth where it wouldn’t require a hub or connection to a router!? Can anyone else advise!? Thanks in advance.
