Got one of these recently for my partner's birthday. It's ok, perhaps I need to experiment with it more in terms of heat level ext, but the base of the pizza cooks very quickly and burns and then we're left waiting for the tops to brown off. Last time we had to put it under the grill to finish off.

The problem is you can have it at a gentle heat and it may take ages to cook one pizza, and still might not be brown on top. Or get it to a very high heat, cook the base quickly and then finish it off in a grill which kind of defeats the point of it. It would really benefit in having a lid to keep the heat in and brown the top, I'm really not sure why they didn't include one with it. That said, we're going to try calzones next time as we can flip those and cook both sides evenly and ensure the inside is cooked and melted too.
