    We run plenty of these L380 Yoga's. Our all run on 8th gen and takes Win11 fine. The 7th gen on these were short lived. (edited)

    They can’t do that (charge restocking) on eBay anyway so I wouldn’t worry. Buyer paying postage for unwanted items is fine though.

    You can get 8th gen for £140 or there about. It's definitely worth it over the 2 core 7th CPU.

    Yes, I think the seller has those in as well, I would agree, well worth it, 8th gen was a massive boost over 7th.

    Nice find OP - the price is good for the spec (especially a decent touchscreen convertible) and the seller is trustworthy. They do have some 8th Gen systems of these by the looks of it and if someone can justify the extra cost, I would encourage it. (edited)

    I think it has 2 ram slots, max 32gb. Looks like a very tidy solid machine for web browsing, ms office and some retro gaming.

    Buy it if it suits your needs. Other than the dual-core i5, it’s a solid machine and good value for money - will be fine for the usual stuff. As with all these things, if it’s a good deal and you wait, someone else will get to it first!
